SUMBANGAN DUIT RAYA PADA SEMUA WARGA PONDOK

ISNIN 9/6/10- Aidilfitri sudah hampir, setelah sebulan berpuasa bersama-sama di pondok, kini tiba masanya semua pelajar balik bercuti dan beraya bersama keluarga tersayang di kampung halaman. Seperti biasa setiap tahun kami memberikan sedikit duit raya kepada semua pelajar termasuk warga emas, agar turut gembira menyambut hari mulia.

BERBUKA PUASA DI VIRGO TELUK BATIK RESORT

Ahad 8/9/10- jam 5.30 petang kami telah dijemput dengan dua buah bas utuk berbuka puasa dengan sponsor2 di Virgo Batik Resort. Semua warga pondok termasuk warga emas dijemput ke majlis tersebut. Terima kasih kpd Linda dan pihak pengurusan Virgo Batik Resort kerana

Sabtu 7/9/10- sebelum Ramadhan berakhir, kami semua makan sedap lagi kali nie buat BBQ dengan semua pelajar di pondok. Suasana meriah sebab semuanya kena buat secara gotong royong.

JAMUAN BERBUKA PUASA DENGAN PENDERMA2 PONDOK

Khamis 1/9/10- KPMU telah mengadakan majlis berbuka puasa dengan semua penyumbang, penderma, ibu bapa pelajar dan waris kepada warga emas bertempat di pondok Batu 10. Seramai lebih kurang 50 orang telah menghadiri majlis tersebut. Semoga sokongan dan keperihatinan mereka terhadap kami dapat diteruskan lagi selepas ini dan hubungan silaturraahim ini berpanjangan.

After helping the boys choose their Baju Raya, Pn Khairah, Cik Azalilah and I went to the Pondok for a visit. This is because Puan Khairah had never been to the place before. I notice some changes to the place. There are more plants now and a water feature has been built. Azizol told me that it was part of the community service by the Navy. Congratulations to Ustaz Syed Sharim and the members of the Pondok for the good work. As I keep saying time and again, the work that Ustaz Syed does is really something good. Therefore, I try to help him out once in a while and that is just very, very little compared to the time and effort he has put in for the orphans, the old folks and the poor.

NEW CLOTHES FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN AT PONDOK

With the money contributed by the teachers and staff of Vokasma plus some other kind contributors which amounted to RM1619, Puan Khairah, Puan Kamariah, Cik Azalilah, our former student Azizol, and Miss Cheah helped to buy Raya clothes, kopiah and shoes for 17 boys from the Pondok at Batu 10, Lekir who are either orphans or from very, very poor families.

The cost for the clothes, kopiah and shoes amounted to RM1320. We also bought 50 anak tudung for the senior citizens who are living at the Pondok. However, there is one boy, Dollah, who did not get to buy his shoes as his feet are too large. I will go and look for Size 12 shoes for him later tonight. The remainder of the money will be used to buy brooches for the 18 girl orphans at the Pondok.

What a wonderful and meaningful way to spend the 53rd Merdeka Day of Malaysia! On behalf of the children at the Pondok, I would like to thank all those who have contributed to the fund. Thank you. You will be blessed for your kind gesture.
